In addition to normal junior training, the club will once again be running All Stars which will be led by Stuart Ryan. To increase the focus on Women’s and Girl’s cricket, the club are delighted to introduce Girl’s Dynamos for 8-12 year old girls. This will be led by Kirsty Colclough, alongside a number of our Women’s team.
Both All Stars and Girl’s Dynamos will start on Friday 6th May from 5-6pm and run for 10 weeks until Friday 8th July.
We are very excited about the season ahead and can’t wait to see everyone back at the club very soon! We welcome all parents to get involved!!
At Toft we are delighted to be an All Stars and Dynamos centre as part of the programme that is run by the ECB. The programme runs from 10 weeks in early May to mid-July and this year we had 145 boys and girls who joined the All Stars programme (5-8 year old) as well as for the first time a girls-only Dynamos (8-11) when 35 girls joined us for the 10 week programme.
We run this every Friday and have created our “Family Friday evening” with the bar open, BBQ running as well as coinciding with the Women’s training and matches. We will clearly plan to run the programme again in 2023 with more details released by the ECB early in 2023.
